1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Shanglen, including the website, user mobile app, account features, ordering, delivery, payments, notifications, and support services.

By creating an account, signing in, browsing, placing an order, making a payment, receiving a delivery, or otherwise using Shanglen, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. About Shanglen

Shanglen is operated by SaiyoTech Private Limited from Kwakeithel Near Lamdong Lampak, Imphal, Manipur, India.

Shanglen provides a technology platform for discovering shops and products, placing orders, arranging delivery, processing payments, tracking orders, and receiving customer support.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and using online commerce services under applicable law.

If you are a minor, you may use Shanglen only with involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

4. Account Registration and Responsibility

You must provide accurate name, phone number, email address, delivery address, payment, and profile information. You must keep your information updated and must not create accounts using false, misleading, or unauthorized details.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device, phone number, email account, OTPs, and login sessions secure. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. OTP and Login Security

Shanglen may use phone OTP, Google sign-in, tokens, refresh sessions, or other authentication methods. OTPs are for your personal use only and must not be shared.

We may rate-limit, block, suspend, or review login attempts, OTP requests, suspicious sessions, or account activity to protect users and the platform.

6. User Conduct

You must use Shanglen lawfully, respectfully, and only for legitimate personal ordering and related service use.

You must not misuse offers, refunds, payment flows, support channels, order tracking, delivery processes, or account systems. You must not harass users, shops, delivery partners, or support personnel.

7. Orders, Pricing, and Availability

Orders are subject to product availability, shop acceptance, payment confirmation, address serviceability, delivery partner availability, operational constraints, and platform checks.

Prices, discounts, delivery charges, taxes, fees, availability, and estimated timelines may change before order confirmation. You should review all details before placing an order.

A confirmed order may still be cancelled or adjusted where required due to unavailable items, incorrect pricing, payment failure, serviceability limits, safety concerns, suspected misuse, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

8. Delivery and Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address, contact information, map location where used, and delivery instructions. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay or prevent delivery.

Delivery availability depends on service area, address accuracy, partner availability, traffic, weather, shop readiness, payment status, and other operational factors. Estimated delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

You may need to be available to receive the order, answer calls or messages, provide delivery OTP where applicable, and cooperate with reasonable delivery verification.

9. Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns

Cancellations, refunds, replacements, and returns depend on order status, product type, shop acceptance, preparation status, delivery progress, payment provider status, and the policy or process displayed in the app, website, order screen, or support flow.

Approved refunds may take time to reflect depending on the payment provider, bank, UPI network, card network, or wallet provider. We may ask for reasonable details to verify a refund or payment issue.

Perishable, customized, used, damaged after delivery, or time-sensitive products may not be eligible for return unless required by applicable law or expressly allowed by the displayed policy.

10. Payments

You agree to pay the order amount, delivery charges, taxes, platform fees, convenience fees, and any other charges shown before confirmation.

Payments may be collected through Razorpay or other authorized payment partners, or through available cash-on-delivery or pay-now modes where enabled. Payment partners may apply their own terms, security checks, failure handling, and settlement timelines.

Shanglen may store transaction references, payment status, verification signatures, refund status, and reconciliation records, but it does not store full card numbers, UPI credentials, CVV, or banking passwords.

11. Marketplace and Product Responsibility

Shanglen may operate as a marketplace or ordering platform where shops, merchants, or sellers provide product information, pricing, availability, preparation, packaging, quality, tax details, and fulfilment inputs.

Relevant shops or merchants are responsible for the products they list and supply, including descriptions, availability, quality, legal compliance, and applicable product-specific obligations. Shanglen may assist with platform support and dispute handling.

12. Prohibited Use

You must not attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy platform data, reverse engineer the app, interfere with operations, upload unlawful content, abuse payment or refund systems, submit false complaints, impersonate others, violate law, or use Shanglen for fraudulent, harmful, or commercial misuse.

You must not tamper with location, delivery, OTP, payment, notification, or order status systems.

13. Intellectual Property

The Shanglen name, platform design, software, logos, interfaces, content, and related materials are owned by SaiyoTech Private Limited or its licensors, except for content supplied by shops, users, or third parties.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, misuse, frame, reproduce, or create derivative works from Shanglen materials without written permission.

14. App Updates and Availability

We may update, change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any feature, route, shop, product, service area, payment method, or app version for operational, security, legal, maintenance, or business reasons.

Some features may require app updates, internet access, location permission, notification permission, supported devices, or third-party service availability.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SaiyoTech Private Limited and Shanglen will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or losses arising from platform unavailability, third-party services, shop actions, delivery issues, user conduct, payment provider delays, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe there is misuse, fraud, safety risk, legal risk, policy violation, unpaid amounts, suspicious activity, abuse of offers or refunds, or conduct that harms users, shops, delivery partners, SaiyoTech Private Limited, or Shanglen.

You may stop using Shanglen at any time and may request account deletion through the process described in the Privacy Policy.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SaiyoTech Private Limited, Shanglen, and their personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the platform, violation of law, fraud, or infringement of third-party rights.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Continued use of Shanglen after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be handled by the competent courts having jurisdiction in Manipur, India.
